Mit Podcare gibt es nun einen offenen und unabhängigen Service, um die eigenen Podcastbibliothek zwischen verschiedenen Apps und Geräten zu synchronisieren. Im Moment sogar kostenlos (auch wenn mir ein Finanzierungsmodell ganz sympathisch wäre).

Podcare bietet eine offene API an und hofft nun darauf, dass Entwickler von Podcastclients diese in ihre Apps integrieren. Bisher unterstützen schon zwei Apps Podcare:
- Podcat (iOS)
- Podcatcher Deluxe (Android)
Podcare kann eigentlich auch Auto-Flattr, allerdings ist die API von Flattr gerade kaputt. Das ist wirklich schade.
